Are you sufferring from the complicated return processes ?

IF YOUR REFUND APLLICATION IS APPROVED, YOU CAN DEAL WITH PRODUCTS BY YOURSELF, RETURE IS NOT NECESSARY!!

Easy steps(please notice that we do not accept any refund request after 30days from ship date) :

1.Email Granguai@gmail.com with your order number, the name of products that you are not satisfied and the reason (could be photos to show if there is something wrong).

2.The after-sales customer center will response your email within 3 working days, you can get full refund of the mentioned products (except shipping fee) if the reason is acceptable.

3.The acceptable reasons are including :

• The quality problems: please provide evidence(could be a photo or      description.)
• The damage from shipping:if you believe your package is damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 3 days of delivery, thus we can work with shipping company to quickly resolve the issue.
• Other reasons: If your reason shows a result of our error, you can get full refund as well.
• Partial refund is possible, it depends on the real situation.

4.You should expect to recieve your refund within 2-3 weeks after your refund apllication is approved.
